Descriere

  • Lead delivery of Ford’s 3DEXPERIENCE customizations from design through development.
  • Direct development of 3DDashboard widgets, web forms, tables, commands, and menus.
  • Design and support integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and Ford enterprise systems.
  • Oversee People & Organization settings, including collaborative spaces, organizations, roles, security contexts, and access rules.
  • Set and uphold coding standards, code reviews, and source control practices.
  • Turn engineering, manufacturing, and program needs into technical designs.
  • Act as the top internal escalation contact for critical and complex incidents across the 3DEXPERIENCE suite.
  • Lead root cause investigations using logs, MQL traces, JVM dumps, database queries, and HTTP and network tracing.
  • Coordinate escalations with Dassault Systèmes Support and R&D, and verify delivered hotfixes.
  • Lead incident bridges during 3DEXPERIENCE outages and coordinate responses across teams.
  • Own root cause reports, problem records, and lasting corrective actions.
  • Develop knowledge articles, runbooks, and automated remedies for recurring Level 3 issues.
  • Oversee performance tuning across JVM/TomEE, databases, indexing, caching, and FCS throughput.
  • Assess customization impacts from upgrades, functional deliveries, and hotfixes.
  • Lead regression testing and help carry out cutovers.
  • Ensure changes follow ITIL-aligned processes and receive appropriate approvals across Development, Test, QA, and Production.
  • Advance automation for deployments, bulk data operations, and platform health checks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop 3DEXPERIENCE developers and escalation engineers, including hiring and performance management.
  • Lead capacity planning in Jira.
  • Strengthen Level 1 and Level 2 technical skills through training, code reviews, and troubleshooting coaching.
  • Provide technical leadership and supporting evidence for IT audits.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience with Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, including platform customization, development, and administration.
  • At least 5 years in software development, software engineering, and scripting for 3DEXPERIENCE customizations, including EKL, JPO, JAR, YAML, and supporting automation or pipelines.
  • At least 3 years in Level 3, escalation, or production support for enterprise PLM systems.
  • At least 3 years leading or managing technical teams in an enterprise setting.
  • Experience handling vendor support escalations with Dassault Systèmes or comparable enterprise software vendors.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, flexible industrial systems team.
  • Expert-level experience using large language models and artificial intelligence.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MQL, TCL, JPO/Java, triggers, EKL, the 3DEXPERIENCE data model, People & Organization security, and Unified Typing.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, 3DDashboard widget (UWA) development, and REST API or web service integration.
  • Deep knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE components, including 3DSpace, 3DPassport, 3DDashboard, 3DSearch/Exalead, and FCS.
  • Advanced skills in log analysis, JVM thread and heap dump analysis, and SQL performance analysis with Oracle and/or SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server operations, OS patching cycles, SSL, and firewalls.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Jira and working knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to set engineering standards and guide design decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical root causes and constraints in terms of business impact.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL incident, problem, and change management, as well as GRC/SOX audit compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to lead calmly during production outages and high-visibility escalations.
  • Track record of collaboration across development, infrastructure, hosting, business, and vendor teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
