  • Develop a 6–9 month EMEA events plan and prioritization model within the first 30 days.
  • Start a recurring London technical community for developers, builders, and customers.
  • Create repeatable joint marketing programs with cloud, technology, and channel partners.
  • Track shared partner objectives and pipeline from the outset.
  • Connect events to sales with target account lists, pre-event meeting bookings, and prompt follow-up.
  • Develop a reusable event kit with signage, merchandise, talk tracks, and lead capture materials.
  • Equip local sales and partner teams to deliver key events independently.
  • Set up a structured request intake and approval process.
  • Set aside budget and capacity for emerging partner opportunities.
  • Collaborate with EMEA sales and partner leaders within the global Marketing team.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Events and Field Marketing.

  • Use AI as a core operating tool and design workflows that combine human and AI work for planning, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Develop repeatable resources such as event kits and request processes.
  • Prioritize opportunities using clear criteria and coordinate sales, partner, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage event logistics and vendors effectively.
  • Handle lead capture in compliance with GDPR.
  • Work independently as the region’s first marketer, coordinating across time zones with a US-based team.
  • Travel regularly across the region, approximately 40–50% of the time.
  • Typically bring 5–8 years of event or field marketing experience, or comparable demonstrated experience; this is preferred, not required.
  • B2B SaaS, developer-focused, or AI and infrastructure marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience delivering co-marketing programs with technical partners is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in another European language, such as French or German, is preferred.
