Descriere

  • Oversee logistics and vendor coordination for US trade shows and major events, from booth construction and shipping to on-site setup and breakdown.
  • Create staffing schedules and coordinate shift coverage for US events.
  • Manage event lead capture and badge scanning.
  • Organize post-event follow-up, including email sequences and SFDC lead routing.
  • Prepare initial post-event reports using the established reporting format.
  • Help deliver US regional events, including executive dinners, happy hours, and local activations, by sourcing venues, arranging catering, and managing invitations and RSVPs.
  • Coordinate logistics for US community and developer events, such as meetups.
  • Compare event spending with budgets and flag discrepancies.
  • Assist the Director of Field Marketing & Events with scheduling, vendor invoices, and calendar upkeep.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; an internship or coursework in events, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage several deadlines and vendors at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, depending on the event calendar.
