Remote Events Coordinator, Benefits Training

Coordinate nationwide Benefits Training Events for Her PLAN, connecting families with pregnancy and parenting resources. Oversee event logistics, partner and presenter coordination, and follow-up.

Descriere

  • Plan Benefits Training Events from preparation through follow-up
  • Act as the main contact for each training
  • Work closely with Her PLAN State Development Coordinators
  • Oversee registration, presenters, vendors, staffing, materials, and attendee experience
  • Coordinate with government offices, Departments of Human Services, presenters, and community organizations
  • Manage communications with attendees after events
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and pledges
  • Lead event debriefs
  • Help deliver organized, professional, welcoming events that equip attendees to connect women and families with available resources
  • Support events across the listed states and occasionally travel to Her PLAN headquarters in Arlington, Virginia

Cerințe

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Relevant experience in event coordination, nonprofit programs, pregnancy support, community development, government benefits navigation, social services, training, or a related area is valued
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Skills in planning and delivering events
  • Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Problem-solving ability and composure when plans change
  • Comfort using Excel and systems for organizing events and information
  • Alignment with the mission of strengthening the pro-life safety net
  • Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate events and travel
  • Ability to travel about 50%
