Descriere

  • Lead a multimillion-dollar product category, with Amazon as its primary growth channel.
  • Manage category results across revenue, margins, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
  • Improve product positioning, listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assess and validate opportunities to launch products or expand the category.
  • Manage existing products throughout their lifecycle to sustain relevance and profitability.
  • Forecast demand and plan inventory while controlling costs and risk.
  • Work with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design colleagues.
  • Learn and consistently apply Hadley Designs’ category playbook.
  • Improve performance within the strategies already in place.
  • Propose data-supported ways to improve or grow the category.
  • Own results and deliver measurable outcomes.

Cerințe

  • At least five years’ experience leading product or category growth in ecommerce or marketplaces.
  • A demonstrated ability to grow revenue and profitability as a brand owner or member of a growth team.
  • Strong analytical judgment and confidence using performance data to make decisions.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, or the ability to learn its tools quickly.
  • Willingness to work within established systems before proposing changes.
  • Motivation from clear goals, performance targets, and contributing to a high-performing team.
  • A collaborative, accountable approach and commitment to ongoing improvement.
