Lead a multimillion-dollar product category, with Amazon as its primary growth channel.
Manage category results across revenue, margins, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
Improve product positioning, listings, pricing, and promotions.
Assess and validate opportunities to launch products or expand the category.
Manage existing products throughout their lifecycle to sustain relevance and profitability.
Forecast demand and plan inventory while controlling costs and risk.
Work with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design colleagues.
Learn and consistently apply Hadley Designs’ category playbook.
Improve performance within the strategies already in place.
Propose data-supported ways to improve or grow the category.
Own results and deliver measurable outcomes.

At least five years’ experience leading product or category growth in ecommerce or marketplaces.
A demonstrated ability to grow revenue and profitability as a brand owner or member of a growth team.
Strong analytical judgment and confidence using performance data to make decisions.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, or the ability to learn its tools quickly.
Willingness to work within established systems before proposing changes.
Motivation from clear goals, performance targets, and contributing to a high-performing team.
A collaborative, accountable approach and commitment to ongoing improvement.
