Descriere

  • Lead digital experience delivery from discovery and solution design through launch and outcome measurement.
  • Turn business opportunities and member and broker needs into priorities and roadmaps with business and technology leaders.
  • Track insurance technology, digital experience trends, and emerging capabilities.
  • Balance innovation with business value, technical feasibility, and team capacity.
  • Convert strategic priorities into delivery plans and manage scope, capacity, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Work with engineering teams to identify constraints and develop practical options for scope, sequencing, technical approach, staffing, and partner capacity.
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Data, Salesforce, Security, Infrastructure, and other IT partners.
  • Manage execution across internal teams, vendors, partners, and resources in multiple time zones.
  • Give leadership clear visibility into portfolio health, priorities, risks, decisions, and options.
  • Improve delivery processes continuously.
  • Oversee software development and collaborate with Engineering and Solution Architecture.
  • Use knowledge of SDLC, cloud architecture, APIs, integrations, and modern application development to identify gaps, dependencies, and risks.
  • Work across AWS, Azure, GitHub, CI/CD, React, Salesforce, Firebase, Flutter, APIs, and integrations.
  • Connect technical decisions to delivery and business outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, building trust, accountability, communication, and ownership.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least seven years of experience leading technology delivery, engineering execution, technical program management, digital transformation, or complex customer-facing digital initiatives.
  • Have overseen multiple software development efforts running concurrently.
  • Show a record of turning strategy into execution and managing delivery constraints involving scope, sequencing, technical approach, staffing, and partner capacity.
  • Know modern software development practices and the SDLC well.
  • Have strong experience with AWS and modern cloud architecture.
  • Be familiar with Azure, GitHub, React, APIs and integrations, Firebase, Flutter or mobile, Salesforce, CI/CD, and identity and access management.
  • Have driven execution across internal teams, external vendors or development partners, and distributed resources in multiple time zones.
  • Bring strong business and digital acumen.
  • Show curiosity about insurance technology, digital experience trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Be able to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Relevant technical certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.
  • Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Be able to work onsite at one of the employer’s offices during the first week of employment.
