Descriere

  • Set the strategic direction for email marketing across all brands as a revenue-generating channel
  • Establish email campaign plans, lifecycle programs, and testing priorities
  • Track email revenue, engagement, and conversion metrics to uncover improvement opportunities
  • Guide the Email Marketing Specialist’s optimization, testing, and scaling work
  • Shape strategy and performance across paid media, affiliate, and influencer channels
  • Oversee affiliate strategy, partner growth, commission models, campaign integration, and placement planning
  • Set partner priorities, align campaigns, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Assess affiliate partner results and determine whether to scale, optimize, or replace partners
  • Set paid media plans, performance expectations, creative direction, messaging, audience targeting, and optimization priorities
  • Guide influencer strategy, content, messaging, audience fit, and effectiveness measurement
  • Define digital channel responsibilities, performance goals, KPIs, and quarterly plans
  • Coordinate campaigns across email, web, paid media, affiliate, and social channels
  • Provide content direction and channel guidance to social teams and agency partners
  • Synthesize performance findings and deliver monthly updates to marketing leadership
  • Lead and develop the digital marketing team through clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards
  • Support campaign planning, performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, reporting, and AI-assisted insight generation
  • Assist with execution, analysis, troubleshooting, and operational work as required

Cerințe

  • Six to ten or more years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce
  • Broad experience spanning email, web, paid media, affiliate, and other digital channels
  • Advanced experience in email marketing
  • Experience managing affiliate programs
  • Ability to create strategy, establish performance goals, and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations
  • Background managing or directing cross-functional teams
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and external partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A resume is required
  • A relevant portfolio, case studies, or work examples showing digital strategy, campaign results, or channel optimization
