Descriere

  • Oversee a premium customer portfolio with annualised spend between £8,000 and £70,000
  • Generate sales growth through premium and tailored digital products
  • Find and win new digital opportunities by creating advertising programmes aligned with client needs and minimum spend requirements
  • Retain, develop, and expand customer product spend through effective digital marketing solutions
  • Partner with the Field Sales Manager and BDM team to create strong referral opportunities
  • Contribute to the training and professional development of BDMs across the territory
  • Build effective working relationships with Digital Marketing, product, commercial, L&D, marketing, and finance teams
  • Lead training sessions and onboarding for new and existing colleagues
  • Promote proven practices and help build a high-performing sales culture

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts
  • A strong record of digital sales success across existing customers and high-value acquisition
  • A thorough understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology
  • Resilience, discipline, and persistent follow-through
  • Confidence requesting client testimonials
  • A proactive personal development plan focused on adapting to the digital market and tracking competitors
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital concepts clearly and concisely
