Descriere

  • Use quantitative analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to produce objective, actionable insights
  • Support timely decisions that improve how products are developed, launched, and adopted
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and designers
  • Apply AI tools to build efficient, scalable data solutions while preserving accuracy and statistical rigor
  • Use data modeling to uncover product trends and identify opportunities for new products
  • Create, implement, and monitor core metrics for evaluating product performance
  • Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports that communicate findings clearly
  • Lead projects from initiation through completion with limited guidance

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least one year of post-bachelor’s experience in quantitative analysis and data science, or a master’s degree in a technical field
  • At least one year of experience with SQL or a comparable big-data query language
  • At least one year of programming experience in Python, R, or a similar language
  • At least one year applying statistical methods such as inferential analysis, causal analysis, A/B testing, or statistical modeling
  • Experience working with data modeling, product trends, product opportunities, core metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated ability to start projects and carry them through completion with minimal direction
  • Strong understanding of Snapchat and sound product judgment
  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply evolving AI systems and tools
  • Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a product-focused role within social media, online advertising, digital media, or mobile technology preferred
  • Experience applying machine learning and statistical analysis to data-driven product solutions or methodological research preferred
