Descriere

  • Own a web conversion target that supports the broader user acquisition goal
  • Improve conversion across blog and promotional placements, landing pages, account creation, checkout, pricing, and paywall experiences
  • Run and expand the experimentation program, including weekly copy tests for promotional units
  • Create test plans, define success metrics and decision criteria, and maintain the testing roadmap and tracker
  • Present performance updates and experiment findings to marketing leadership
  • Set quarterly web priorities and contribute web performance reporting for executive and board communications
  • Develop, scope, and size interactive web experiences, including calculators, quizzes, and guided recommendations
  • Prepare engineering specifications covering logic, edge cases, handoff behavior, and event tracking
  • Work with the Guidance team to define clinical thresholds and logic and align recommendations with recognized pediatric guidelines
  • Assess monetization risks and advise against experiences that would replicate paid in-app mechanics for free
  • Maintain and expand AI-driven testing systems, documenting logic, state management, edge cases, and human approval gates
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics on web performance instrumentation and reporting
  • Define and validate event tracking for new experiences and identify metrics that do not provide suitable measurement
  • Keep the Contentful content taxonomy aligned with downstream reporting needs
  • Establish and document web optimization and A/B testing standards
  • Lead web projects from planning through delivery and support scoping for commerce and partnership integrations
  • Advise on initiatives that affect web performance and represent web conversion in the weekly cross-functional User Acquisition meeting
  • Partner with Brand Editorial, Guidance, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships, and User Acquisition

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in conversion rate optimization, web growth, or experimentation
  • Experience owning a conversion, acquisition, or revenue target and demonstrating measurable before-and-after results
  • Practical experience building, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on a testing platform
  • Ability to define metrics, specify event tracking, identify misleading measurements, and work with structured data and APIs independently for routine tasks
  • Experience building functional systems with AI tools, including failure handling and human-in-the-loop safeguards
  • Ability to write precise engineering specifications and contribute to technical scoping discussions
  • Ability to identify when content or tool output requires clinical review and route it to appropriate experts
  • Strong writing skills focused on product positioning and placement
