Pfizer is seeking a Content and Channel Manager to shape compliant, insight-led omnichannel marketing in Australia. The role covers content strategy, localization, channel planning, analytics, and integrated execution.

  • Develop and deliver omnichannel content strategies that support Pfizer’s brand, customer engagement objectives, and go-to-market plans
  • Adapt content for different channels and audience segments to improve relevance and performance
  • Partner with the Omnichannel Insights Lead to apply data and customer insights to content strategy
  • Coordinate with marketing, GTM Excellence, and commercial teams on integrated omnichannel planning
  • Guide local execution and strengthen internal capabilities in content and channel orchestration
  • Create market-specific omnichannel plans and convert strategic direction into practical content plans
  • Advise brand teams and content producers on content tailored to specific channels and segments
  • Coordinate the localization of global content to meet local requirements and regulatory expectations
  • Oversee schedules, review cycles, and approvals for compliant content delivery
  • Provide guidance on channel selection, analytics, SEO/SEM, and PfizerPRO
  • Track content performance and customer journeys to uncover gaps and optimization opportunities
  • Introduce A/B testing to support rapid iteration and feedback-led improvements
  • Create and share omnichannel frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Review content proposals and recommend changes to improve strategic alignment
  • Coordinate with marketing, digital, medical, legal, compliance, and external agency partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to local markets on integrated omnichannel execution
  • Ensure content meets internal policies, industry standards, and applicable legal requirements
  • Oversee omnichannel deployment, customer data permissions, and platform compliance
  • Apply marketing innovation to strengthen content strategy and customer engagement outcomes

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Demonstrated capability in design thinking, planning, and project management
  • Strong strategic judgment and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization when handling competing priorities and deadlines
  • Motivation to develop expertise in omnichannel marketing
  • Ability to support communications, promote a growth mindset, and help drive marketing transformation, innovation, and change management
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfort with digital technology and practical experience with tools such as Marketo and Adobe Suite
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to ethical standards
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Agile or SCRUM experience is preferred
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and agency partnerships is preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Tableau is advantageous but not essential
