Commercial Executive, Motor Claims – Leicester Hybrid
Hastings Direct is seeking a Commercial Executive to analyse motor claims inflation, performance drivers and market trends. The role supports claims strategy, management information and commercial initiatives in a hybrid Leicester-based position.
Descriere
- Assist the Commercial Manager with delivery of the motor claims strategy
- Deliver agreed initiatives and take ownership of designated commercial workstreams as needed
- Investigate claims-book inflation and develop actionable insight
- Interpret claims data and market intelligence to explain performance drivers and changes
- Engage internal and external claims specialists to strengthen analysis
- Help produce the management information required for effective decision-making
- Partner with internal teams, departments and suppliers to track overall claims performance
- Monitor emerging trends and shifts in claimant behaviour
- Build awareness of market developments and macroeconomic factors influencing commercial results
- Work with the Commercial Manager to reduce impacts on processes and performance
- Contribute to claims-focused projects and related commercial initiatives
- Provide practical input and support to help projects achieve their objectives
Cerințe
- Proven experience contributing to commercial claims programmes
- Advanced analytical ability, including the manipulation and interpretation of claims data
- Strong data visualisation capability with tools such as Excel or Power BI
- Background in customer claims management
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting, pricing and segmentation would be a significant advantage
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of P&L mechanics and performance influences
- Able to help deliver change effectively within a matrix organisation
- Able to work from Leicester, London or Bexhill under the hybrid working model
