Descriere

  • Build relationships with Fort Lauderdale CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives, and invite prospective members to join the community.
  • Collaborate with the Chapter President and fellow Directors toward a shared target of at least four new members each month, with clear accountability.
  • Recruit new members each month through networking, referrals, events, and local business connections.
  • Welcome members, understand their businesses and interests, and connect them with others to support ongoing engagement.
  • Host CEO Life’s monthly Fort Lauderdale events, encourage attendance, and bring guests who may strengthen the community or become prospective members.
  • Work with the Chapter President and corporate team to plan events, choose venues, and create memorable member experiences.
  • Develop connections across the Fort Lauderdale business community and represent CEO Life at local events.
  • Manage your prospect pipeline and professional follow-up using CEO Life’s CRM, member platform, outreach tools, and training.
  • Represent CEO Life locally, including occasional contributions to social media and chapter content.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least three years of experience in a relationship-focused role such as business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, or entrepreneurship.
  • Currently reside in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.
  • Have a strong local business network or the ability to quickly build genuine relationships with successful business leaders.
  • Be skilled at connecting people and spotting opportunities for valuable introductions.
  • Bring relationship-based sales ability and confidence in asking for business while keeping conversations natural.
  • Have a warm, engaging manner and help people feel welcome, recognized, and connected.
  • Be organized and self-directed in managing your pipeline, follow-ups, and commitments.
  • Be comfortable representing an organization publicly, speaking to groups, and occasionally appearing on camera or social media.
  • Show an entrepreneurial mindset and sincere interest in building within the local business community.
