Descriere

  • Lead initiatives that improve Prophet 21 functionality, business processes, and operational efficiency across the Supply organization.
  • Identify, prioritize, and help implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Work with Retail Excellence, regional managers, Store Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities.
  • Define business system and process requirements using Operational Excellence methods.
  • Create business cases, success measures, project plans, and return-on-investment analyses when applicable.
  • Improve pricing processes and related Prophet 21 capabilities.
  • Guide store technology capabilities, including payment processing, peripherals, printing, and related systems.
  • Connect Supply and Store Operations with technical teams on requirements, issue resolution, technology changes, and deployments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to business and technology issues affecting store operations.
  • Train and support end users on Prophet 21 practices, features, process changes, and enhancements.
  • Lead change management for new process and capability rollouts.
  • Track Prophet 21 enhancements, technology developments, and industry practices.
  • Maintain regional stakeholder relationships to identify support, deployment, and training needs.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business systems, operational processes, or project coordination in business, retail, distribution, or field operations.
  • Experience with enterprise business systems and operational technologies in distributed or multi-location environments is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Prophet 21 point-of-sale, pricing, payment processing, or store technology solutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail, supply, parts, or branch operations and their supporting technologies is preferred.
  • Strong project management, organization, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to convert business and operational needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Experience coordinating issue resolution among multiple business and technical teams.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, collaborate across functions, achieve business goals, and lead change.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to unite people around goals, action plans, and practical operating solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience is preferred.
  • Field experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of personal auto insurance are required.
