Senior Financial Accountant (IFRS and HGB) — Hybrid in Stuttgart
Manage IFRS accounting and reporting alongside HGB financial statements and closing processes for an international client. This hybrid senior role is based in Stuttgart.
Descriere
- Oversee accurate, timely accounting and closing for international IFRS reporting and local HGB financial statements under applicable tax rules.
- Prepare, post, and review complex journal entries within your area of responsibility.
- Compile and verify financial reports for closing processes and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Record, validate, and regularly review transactions in the balance sheet and income statement.
- Provide accounting expertise and independently resolve complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Maintain reliable, high-quality financial information and provide it to relevant stakeholders as needed.
Cerințe
- Completed commercial training or a university degree in accounting, finance, or a comparable field.
- Additional certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter is preferred.
- Several years of accounting or finance experience, ideally at least seven years.
- Strong knowledge of international IFRS reporting and German HGB accounting.
- Good knowledge of national and international tax law.
- Substantial practical experience in bookkeeping and financial closing.
- Ability to handle financial information confidently and tailor it to specific audiences.
- Experience working in an international corporate environment.
- Experience independently managing complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
