Descriere

  • Advise client stakeholders by clarifying business goals, evaluating data maturity, and shaping target-state strategies and roadmaps
  • Run executive workshops and discovery sessions that turn business needs into practical data and AI programs
  • Create and present executive briefings, proposals, and steering committee materials
  • Support pitches, oral presentations, and proposal responses through solution design, delivery planning, scoping, estimation, and pricing inputs
  • Expand opportunities in existing accounts and build relationships across the insurance market
  • Work with EXL sales, delivery, and technology leaders to develop reusable offerings, accelerators, and points of view
  • Provide solution and quality oversight to keep engagements aligned with scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Track risks and dependencies, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain governance and architectural alignment
  • Turn successful engagements into client references and additional opportunities
  • Represent EXL in client-facing and industry interactions
  • Advance thought leadership, strengthen internal capabilities, and mentor consultants and analysts

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years of management or technology consulting experience, preferably focused on data, analytics, and AI in insurance
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering and modern data architecture, including warehouses, lakes, Medallion architecture, data marts, ETL or ELT, cloud data platforms, governance, and business intelligence
  • Able to create and present executive-level materials and engage credibly with senior client leaders
  • Pre-sales experience spanning proposals, solution development, estimation, and client pitches
  • Experience managing client relationships and directing cross-functional delivery teams
  • Highly effective structured problem-solving, storytelling, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Property and Casualty insurance experience across policy, claims, underwriting, or specialty lines is preferred
  • Experience in premium consulting environments is preferred
  • Exposure to insurance AI or agentic AI use cases and related governance considerations is preferred
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Guidewire is preferred
  • Located in the Jersey City or New York City area
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client and EXL locations
