  • Investigate and verify loss facts for straightforward automobile accidents
  • Assess coverage, liability, and damages through analytical review
  • Adjust and negotiate claims within assigned authority limits
  • Conduct investigations across the primary areas of automobile claims
  • Review, assess, and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable
  • Recognize vehicle body components and evaluate potential property damage
  • Identify customer needs and deliver suitable service
  • Assess potential subrogation or fraud and determine appropriate handling
  • Manage auto claim investigations and resolutions across Northeastern states
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-moving claims organization
  • Operate without supervisory responsibilities

Cerințe

  • Prior experience as an auto adjuster, including coverage verification and liability assessment
  • Working knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational relationships
  • Ability to investigate auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion
  • Ability to review, assess, and negotiate basic injury claims when assigned
  • Ability to identify vehicle body components and assess possible property damage
  • Demonstrated customer service ability
  • Ability to assess subrogation or fraud potential and determine the proper response
  • Applicants with an active insurance license must end all current appointments before onboarding and may not maintain outside appointments during employment
  • Applicants holding a resident producer license must surrender it formally when directed by the licensing team
  • U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Residence in one of the specified U.S. states and availability to work in an Eastern or Central Time Zone state
  • A dedicated private home workspace without distractions
  • Reliable internet service with at least 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds
