Descriere
- Standardize internal communications as the company scales, creating repeatable rhythms for sharing strategy, priorities, and culture
- Use video as a primary channel for internal messaging
- Write and edit newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, and All Hands materials
- Manage the internal editorial calendar, including communication tone, approach, and cadence
- Support communication plans for major announcements and company milestones
- Monitor employee feedback and use it to improve communication effectiveness
- Own and evolve the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram strategy
- Create and curate social content for buyer audiences and employees while reinforcing the company brand
- Highlight employees, culture, leadership, customer stories, milestones, events, and points of view
- Lead the employee advocacy program
- Track social trends, content formats, creator behavior, and platform updates
- Measure social performance and refine content, messaging, and channel strategy
Cerințe
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in internal, corporate, or employee communications, ideally in a technology company
- Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex subjects clear, simple, and compelling
- Understand how to create engaging, effective content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Show genuine interest in social media, emerging content formats, and digital culture
- Translate business strategy and corporate messaging into communications that feel human and relevant
