Independent contractor responsible for managing and optimizing short-term rentals on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel for ALB Conciergerie. Grow a property-owner portfolio and coordinate guest-facing operations.
Descriere
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply dynamic pricing and yield-management strategies
- Handle bookings and guest relationships, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and approach property owners interested in outsourcing property management
- Develop and expand a portfolio of managed properties
- Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity where applicable
Cerințe
- Persuasive communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with property owners
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another professional field
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Interest in developing a long-term recurring income stream
