  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
  • Create and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
  • Apply dynamic pricing and yield-management strategies
  • Handle bookings and guest relationships, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
  • Identify and approach property owners interested in outsourcing property management
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of managed properties
  • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity where applicable
