Remote Contract Middle Senior French Required Operations

Description

Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Create and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
Apply dynamic pricing and yield-management strategies
Handle bookings and guest relationships, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
Identify and approach property owners interested in outsourcing property management
Develop and expand a portfolio of managed properties
Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity where applicable

Requirements

Persuasive communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with property owners
Experience in real estate, sales, or another professional field
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Interest in developing a long-term recurring income stream
Independent-contractor status
Completion of the provided comprehensive training
Ability to begin at your own pace
