Descriere
- Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area
- Identify and prospect property owners
- Build trust with owners and persuade them to appoint you as their property manager
- Negotiate and execute property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
- Maintain relationships with property owners and guests
- Expand the client portfolio with an emphasis on recurring monthly revenue
- Set your own schedule while combining partial remote work with field-based activities
Cerințe
- Ability to persuade property owners and establish trusted relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another professional field is welcome
- Strong motivation to develop the activity
- Ability to work independently with support from a structured network
- Interest in building a recurring, long-term income stream
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor
