Cerințe

  • Strong engineering capability with experience building production systems
  • Practical experience applying large language models in real-world workflows
  • Experience designing and refining prompts, retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, and evaluation methods
  • Understanding of business processes, with sound judgement about where AI can simplify or automate work
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and progress with incomplete information
