Description
- Enhance chatbot quality and broaden the account actions it can complete autonomously
- Improve internal document extraction pipelines for faster, more accurate parsing
- Create LLM-powered workflows that streamline case management
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with effective AI systems
- Lead solutions from discovery and prototyping through deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
- Tackle loosely defined problems, test ideas rapidly, and turn promising approaches into dependable services
Requirements
- Strong engineering capability with experience building production systems
- Practical experience applying large language models in real-world workflows
- Experience designing and refining prompts, retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, and evaluation methods
- Understanding of business processes, with sound judgement about where AI can simplify or automate work
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and progress with incomplete information
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain trade-offs and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to work in the office three days each week
