Descriere

  • Grow spare-parts sales by taking proactive commercial measures and developing new sales strategies.
  • Analyze performance and market data to find areas for improvement and growth.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits and presentations independently.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for incoming orders.
  • Coordinate and deliver sales campaigns with market counterparts and marketing teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships.
  • Work with colleagues to develop a consistent sales team.
  • Raise the profile of the Spare Parts division.
  • Maintain key Spare Parts tools and records, including CRM, Salesforce and SAP.
  • Coordinate with global teams and join meetings to identify additional sales actions and initiatives.
  • Pursue continuous improvements that grow the spare-parts business.

Cerințe

  • Bring several years of proactive sales experience, preferably in parts or components.
  • Have strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
  • Use MS Office tools confidently, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Show a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Work independently, with structure and clear goals, and bring organizational skill and a sustainable approach.
  • Be a determined team player who enjoys working with colleagues and support departments to meet shared goals.
