Accounts Receivable Specialist - 12-Month Contract, Stockholm Hybrid
Manage Nordic customer billing, revenue reconciliations and subscription invoicing as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Benefex. Support NetSuite stabilization and the financial operations of its employee benefits technology platform.
Descriere
- Manage end-to-end subscription, renewal, amendment, recurring and ad hoc billing for Swedish and Nordic customers
- Review contracts and billing schedules to ensure invoicing accurately reflects fees and revenue arrangements
- Serve as a key Finance contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Work with Commercial and Customer Success teams to resolve billing queries, disputes and exceptions
- Complete billing and revenue reconciliations
- Investigate variances, discrepancies, missed invoices and potential revenue leakage
- Support month-end reporting by analysing revenue performance, investigating variances and providing clear Finance commentary
- Provide post-migration hypercare support for NetSuite
- Validate billing and revenue data
- Reconcile legacy records and resolve migration-related issues
- Use Excel and financial data to identify problems and improve processes
- Increase the efficiency of reconciliations and reporting
Cerințe
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, revenue or Finance Operations
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations and revenue-related activities
- Experience managing customer billing and subscriptions
- Ability to interpret contracts and convert commercial terms into accurate billing
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP
- Experience with an ERP or finance system such as NetSuite, SAP or similar
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Confidence working with Swedish-language contracts and customers
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented and self-sufficient working style
- Ability to investigate issues, manage competing priorities and work independently in a changing environment
- Experience supporting an ERP implementation, finance transformation or post-migration hypercare environment is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, technology, employee benefits or another subscription-based business is a plus
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and experience with multinational customers or foreign currencies is a plus
