Videographer, TEAM LEWIS (Hybrid)

Create brand, corporate, interview and event videos for TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency. Lead projects from concept and scripting through filming, editing and delivery.

Apraksts

  • Turn strategic insights, brand messages and creative concepts into video content.
  • Film and edit brand, product, corporate, interview, case study, event and showreel videos.
  • Produce kinetic typography, motion graphics, title animations and 2D animation.
  • Assess and recommend video services, equipment, staffing resources and rate card needs.
  • Develop video concepts and work with account teams on client pitches.
  • Write scripts, prepare storyboards and film projects based on briefs and new business pitches.
  • Advise on emerging formats and tools, including 360-degree video, virtual reality and augmented reality.
  • Script and film internal corporate, marketing, recruitment and event content.
  • Set up lighting and audio equipment for filming.
  • Handle pre- and post-production editing across formats, including 2D effects.
  • Manage projects from initial concept to delivery, including schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain efficient workflows, meet deadlines and ensure quality and professional standards.
  • Interview and recruit key team members when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with and support the UK team.
  • Support EMEA-led clients and assignments across the wider network as required.

Prasības

  • Experience producing varied video content, ideally in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of digital media techniques, video formats and compression.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Cinema 4D experience for 3D animation is an advantage.
  • Experience filming different video styles, creating animation and combining live action with animation.
  • Strong video editing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A storytelling approach and the ability to develop memorable concepts from broad briefs.
  • Creative vision and the ability to write directorial treatments.
  • Ability to work as a self-shooting director and as part of a video team.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop concepts, scripts and storyboards with clients.
  • Ability to produce short-form, animated and longer documentary content.
  • Ability to source locations, talent and additional crew.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, conferences and events for filming.
  • Strong organisation and time management, with a record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to solve problems, manage projects and handle multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for video and commitment to keeping up with filming techniques and trends.
  • Established connections in the creative community.
