Senior IT Auditor, Cambia Health Solutions
Lead complex technology audits across Cambia Health Solutions’ healthcare operations. Assess controls and risks, deliver clear findings, and guide audit teams.

- Plan and deliver audits of corporate IT systems and processes, from scoping through reporting.
- Examine system development, IT controls, applications, networks, databases, corporate initiatives, and special projects.
- Gather audit evidence through interviews, document reviews, data analysis, operational observation, and testing.
- Keep audit work aligned with applicable policies, standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation of audit procedures and results.
- Survey audit functions and complex IT audit areas.
- Track auditing standards and accounting guidance, and monitor changes in healthcare and technology.
- Evaluate internal and management controls, identifying effective practices, gaps, deficiencies, and efficiency improvements.
- Develop findings, evaluate related risks, and draft or edit formal reports.
- Undertake special projects and investigations, and follow up on unresolved audit matters.
- Work with external auditors while safeguarding confidential and private information.
- Guide, coach, and train auditors, providing technical direction as needed.
- Take charge of teams conducting major or complex audits and investigations.
- Coordinate distributed audit work and lead organization-wide audits and projects.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to corporate committees.
- Help management complete the annual risk assessment and prepare the master audit plan.
- Contribute to company quality programs and audit team training.
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, information science, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of audit experience.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- CISA or PMP certification is preferred.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Basic understanding of audit and compliance functions.
- Familiarity with foundational auditing and IT concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of COBIT and COSO audit frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience across most of these areas: SDLC, project management, information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, e-business, telecommunications, database management systems, application controls, data center application controls, and emerging technologies.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive investigations and protect confidential information.
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate risk, and communicate conclusions.
- Ability to scope and conduct complex audits, defining objectives and boundaries.
- Ability to create audit plans, programs, procedures, and tests.
- Ability to assess internal and management controls and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.
- Ability to produce clear audit narratives, memoranda, workpapers, and reports.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to coordinate, assign, and review the work of other auditors.
- Ability to lead teams as the auditor in charge on complex audits or investigations.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly desirable.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Must have access to a personal mobile device for multifactor authentication.
