Apraksts

  • Oversee international events, exhibitions, and networking events from initial planning through delivery.
  • Coordinate several events at once, tracking deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, production teams, and event organisers.
  • Handle event logistics, including stand production, materials, printing, shipping, passes, hotels, and onsite needs.
  • Keep project plans, schedules, and operational records up to date, and follow through on open actions.
  • Spot emerging issues, resolve problems independently, and raise critical risks before they affect delivery.
  • Lead onsite operations, covering setup, suppliers, materials, staffing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with the Event Lead to turn event strategy and concepts into polished, reliable delivery.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, IT, and external partners on events that support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and employee engagement.

Prasības

  • Demonstrated background in event coordination or management, preferably involving international exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Strong project planning and organisational abilities, including managing multiple events, workstreams, and deadlines at the same time.
  • A self-starting approach and readiness to take ownership.
  • Substantial experience coordinating suppliers, production, logistics, and onsite operations.
  • Consistent ability to manage deadlines and complete follow-up.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay composed, organised, and focused on solutions under pressure, including when plans change at short notice.
  • Sound judgement in problem-solving and prioritisation, with confidence to decide independently and escalate when needed.
  • Comfort handling budgets, quotations, and supplier relationships, with commercial awareness and cost discipline.
  • Excellent English communication and confidence working with international stakeholders, venues, suppliers, and partners.
