Senior Business Technical Analyst - Remote, United States | Centene

Apraksts

  • Design, validate, implement, and support complex data solutions, reports, applications, and automation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on business systems, claims data, audit sampling, databases, and reporting platforms.
  • Convert business, audit, and regulatory needs into durable technical solutions.
  • Create ad hoc reports for analysis and validation, covering source reconciliation, business rules, sampling, calculations, and automated results.
  • Evaluate procedures and trends, investigate problems, manage requests, validate changes, and resolve complex issues.
  • Advise management on alternative technical solutions.
  • Assess the financial and operational effects of data and process issues.
  • Build applications, APIs, and automation that integrate data and reduce manual work.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, database structures, ETL processes, data pipelines, data models, and paginated and interactive reports.
  • Manage workspaces, gateways, deployment pipelines, service accounts, access controls, and security.
  • Handle requirements gathering, system analysis, technical design, programming, testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Lead complex technical initiatives while managing priorities, milestones, risks, status, and implementation.
  • Own production support through monitoring, triage, root cause analysis, defect resolution, change delivery, and documentation.
  • Guide and train staff.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned while following applicable policies and standards.

Prasības

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least four years of relevant programming experience with SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle, or comparable technologies, preferably including advanced SQL and relational database development.
  • Experience designing databases, developing stored procedures and ETL or data pipelines, tuning query performance, validating data, and troubleshooting.
  • At least three years of relevant business analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn requirements into technical designs and independently carry complex work from concept through production support.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Report Builder, workspaces, gateways, deployment pipelines, service accounts, access and security administration, APIs, and .NET/C# development is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare claims, internal audit, payment integrity, regulatory reporting, or another highly controlled data environment is preferred.
  • Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft data platform, or comparable technical certification is preferred.
  • A related master’s degree may replace some required experience, up to a maximum of two years.
