Remote Spanish Interpreter (United States)

Apraksts

  • Deliver accurate consecutive English–Spanish interpretation by phone and video.
  • Interpret in medical, social services, customer care, and financial settings.
  • Help healthcare providers and patients communicate clearly.
  • Facilitate timely, accurate communication while working remotely.

Prasības

  • Previous remote OPI/VRI interpreting experience is mandatory and must be verifiable.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting English and Spanish remotely via OPI/VRI.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with patient privacy requirements and HIPAA.
  • Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Connect to the router directly by Ethernet; Wi-Fi is not allowed.
  • Use a client-approved USB headset; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphones are not accepted.
  • Approved headset options include Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Jabra Evolve, Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, and HP Stereo USB Headset G2.
  • Intel i5 processor, 6th Generation or later.
  • 720p or 1080p webcam.
  • Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
