Remote Event Manager – Spain

Apraksts

  • Plan and track event budgets to maintain cost control and financial accountability.
  • Find and negotiate with suppliers, venues, and external staff, and manage those relationships.
  • Work with senior leaders to improve event offerings and services and sustain market leadership.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including transport, catering, entertainment, production, and décor.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the event team.
  • Deliver strong customer service to clients, partners, and attendees.
  • Review event results and produce post-event and quarterly reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety rules and industry standards.
  • Support event-related social media activity on channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Contribute to event sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to improve workflows and recommend process changes.

Prasības

  • At least three years of proven event management experience, including hands-on delivery of events in Europe and the Americas.
  • Experience managing events from initial planning through execution.
  • Fluent English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Demonstrated event budgeting and financial management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
  • Confident negotiation and interpersonal skills for working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Flexibility to work hours that suit event schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
