  • Adjust writing style, messaging, and brand voice to suit each audience and purpose.
  • Turn complex or technical information into concise, accessible content.
  • Structure information to highlight the most important points for customers.
  • Write with customers in mind, addressing their needs, questions, and challenges.
  • Research topics independently and determine the right context for customer communications.
  • Use basic SEO practices, including relevant keywords, to improve content discoverability.
  • Edit and proofread for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and brand alignment.
  • Work with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to verify facts and refine messaging.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional experience in content writing, copywriting, communications, or a similar role.
  • Ability to adapt brand voice and tone across audiences, channels, and content formats.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate key messages clearly.
  • Customer-focused writing approach and understanding of customer needs, challenges, and decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO principles and keyword optimization.
  • Strong research skills and ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Preferred: experience writing customer-facing and internal communications.
  • Preferred: experience with technical, operational, or highly detailed subject matter.
  • Preferred: familiarity with content management systems, digital publishing platforms, or collaboration tools.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with subject matter experts, marketing or product teams, or customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Preferred: portfolio showing clear, customer-focused writing across formats and audiences.
