Apraksts

  • Manage shared inboxes, schedules, calendars and operational records
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and business activities
  • Maintain accurate data, reports, trackers and operational systems
  • Support communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Administer systems across business platforms
  • Assist with finance administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Arrange interviews, candidate schedules and recruitment administration
  • Prepare reports and assist with operational audits and quality processes
  • Provide technical support for virtual meetings and events using Teams and Zoom
  • Identify process improvements that can increase efficiency

Prasības

  • Bring strong experience in administration, coordination or operational support
  • Use Microsoft Office confidently, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms and Teams
  • Have a good working knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams meeting and event features
  • Stay highly organised while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain meticulous accuracy when handling records, data and reports
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships well
  • Take initiative, solve problems, work independently and own assigned tasks
  • Be comfortable learning new systems, platforms and technologies
  • Work collaboratively and demonstrate professionalism, inclusivity and customer service
  • Have experience in operational, administrative or business support roles
  • Have experience maintaining data, reports, dashboards or management information
  • Have experience with SharePoint, learning management systems, Power BI or similar business tools
  • Have experience coordinating events, workshops, programmes or virtual meetings
  • Have experience supporting recruitment, finance or project administration
