Prasības

  • Bilingual Spanish and English skills are required for authentic, inclusive communication.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a director or senior leadership role.
  • A record of managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and achieving measurable growth.
  • Success in demand generation and brand development in a growth-oriented professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong analytical ability and skill in turning marketing data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience building and scaling teams, with an interest in coaching and developing talent.
  • HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience is required.
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Call Tracking Metrics for attribution and return on investment.
  • Experience with BirdEye for reviews and reputation management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
