Full-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer

Represent Mondelēz International in Brookhaven-area Pennsylvania stores, stocking and ordering Oreo, Ritz, and other snack products. Maintain displays, support promotions and product launches, and build relationships with retail teams.

Apraksts

  • Represent Mondelēz professionally during store visits.
  • Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
  • Visit stores daily and follow Direct Store Delivery merchandising standards.
  • Photograph displays through the Digital Merchandising Initiative.
  • Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
  • Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Set up promotional displays and follow store plans negotiated by the RTM.
  • Follow the daily schedule and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.
  • Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
  • Share store-level insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
  • Lift, bend, and move products while following safety requirements.

Prasības

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; candidates may also earn a GED while gaining skills.
  • One to three years of retail or consumer goods experience is preferred.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push or pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Live within 25 to 35 miles of the primary location in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania.
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday.
