- Recruit and retain staff by building an inclusive, motivating workplace
- Work with center leaders to assess and uphold program quality standards
- Oversee enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable
- Keep center spending within budget
- Maintain proactive relationships with families, clients, staff, and licensing authorities
- Direct center operations, curriculum delivery, business administration, and customer service
- Supervise employees and care delivery across the center
- Engage with current and prospective families

Prasības
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education
- New York State teaching certification in B-2, N-6, 1-6, or special education
- Four years of leadership or supervisory experience
- At least four years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings
- Experience teaching infants, toddlers, or preschoolers and administering a child care center
- Strong knowledge of center quality, compliance, health, safety, and licensing standards
- Pass required state and company background checks
- Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
- Meet applicable immunization, employment physical or screening, and health and safety training requirements
- Ability to work on site in New York, New York
