Aprašymas

  • Lead technical discovery and align architectures with enterprise AI architects, data science leaders, and executive decision-makers.
  • Assess customers’ generative AI platforms and agentic observability needs.
  • Present technical demonstrations and develop tailored reference architectures.
  • Demonstrate real-time LLM benchmarking, multi-agent evaluation, token economics optimization, and automated safety controls.
  • Define scope, set technical milestones, and deliver customer proofs of concept from start to finish.
  • Secure technical wins and help move sales cycles forward.
  • Connect enterprise field engagements with Cisco and Splunk product and engineering teams.
  • Distill customer feedback into recommendations for product roadmap priorities.

Reikalavimai

  • At least three years of professional experience in technical presales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing technical consulting in AI/ML, data analytics, or enterprise software.
  • Experience or knowledge building, deploying, or designing workflows with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with generative AI architectures, including RAG, tool calling or function execution, multi-agent coordination, latency optimization, and LLM failure modes such as hallucinations, bias, and prompt injection.
  • At least two years of experience, or equivalent experience, scoping, instrumenting, and delivering technical proofs of concept to a clear win.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to ML practitioners and C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel 15%–25% for customer workshops, Executive Briefing Centers, and industry conferences.
  • Python or TypeScript proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with Pandas, Streamlit, LangChain, Hugging Face, or the OpenAI SDK is preferred.
  • Experience quickly prototyping customer-facing agent applications, interactive demonstrations, or production AI workflows is preferred.
  • Previous professional experience as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, or software engineer is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field—or equivalent practical professional experience—is preferred.
