  • Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Review existing processes and identify ways to improve and optimize them.
  • Document requirements, processes, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain business process models, including BPMN diagrams.
  • Turn business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA specialists, and project managers to align on requirements.
  • Help test and validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Keep business stakeholders and technical teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve functional issues and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Reikalavimai

  • At least five years of functional analyst experience in banking and/or business process management systems, preferably in lending automation.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills for documenting requirements, informing stakeholders, and coordinating business and technical teams.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting functional requirements, including business processes, user stories, and use cases.
  • Experience with business process modeling methods and tools such as BPMN.
  • Data analysis experience and tools are considered valuable.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
