- At least two years of experience in FMCG, sales, trade marketing, or field execution
- Valid Class 6 driver's license
- Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission
- Demonstrated success building and sustaining relationships with customers, distributors, and key business partners
- Proactive, adaptable, and focused on delivering results
- Strong collaborative team orientation
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous
