Lead AGL’s critical infrastructure risk and SOCI compliance programs in Melbourne. Advise leaders across the energy business on resilience, assurance, regulatory change, and risk governance.

- Own the delivery and continuous improvement of AGL’s Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program (CIRMP)
- Maintain compliance with Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) obligations
- Provide enterprise-wide risk and compliance oversight, guidance, and constructive challenge
- Lead the implementation of evolving SOCI regulatory requirements
- Convert legislative obligations into practical governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Create and run risk monitoring, assurance, and reporting activities
- Improve control effectiveness and support regulatory readiness
- Work with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation
- Build risk capability, inform key decisions, and embed effective risk management practices

- Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance, governance, and regulatory change in complex, highly regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, assurance programs, and second-line risk functions
- Able to interpret regulatory obligations and turn them into practical solutions for the business
- Highly capable stakeholder engager who can influence, advise, and constructively challenge people at every level
- Familiarity with the SOCI Act, critical infrastructure, or the energy sector is valued, as are relevant qualifications in risk, governance, law, or business
- Must successfully complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
