  • Build relationships with litigators, litigation support teams, and corporate legal departments
  • Bring in new clients and expand business with current accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversations and proposals through closing and account growth
  • Assess client needs throughout litigation and connect clients with suitable DEG services and staff
  • Develop opportunities in depositions, discovery, trial preparation, and trial presentation
  • Coordinate with operations and trial teams to strengthen client service and resolve issues
  • Provide support to clients after closing a sale
  • Keep Salesforce pipeline records and forecasts current, including pricing and RFP support
  • Answer client questions about services, pricing, and solutions
  • Collect and share market intelligence
  • Work with marketing on lead generation and marketing initiatives
  • Represent DEG in client meetings, at industry events, and in networking settings
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Secure new clients and expand existing accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • At least five years of B2B or professional services sales experience
  • Track record of developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and meeting or exceeding performance-based targets
  • Experience in legal services or litigation support is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage senior legal professionals and build lasting client relationships
  • Self-directed, proactive, organized, and attentive to processes
  • Demonstrates urgency, adaptability, sound business judgment, and a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking
