Develop media strategies for enterprise and multi-location clients
Estimate addressable markets, define audience cohorts, and assess media habits
Create client playbooks covering strategy, channel mix, budget rationale, and testing priorities
Build structured testing plans, including TELO (Test, Evaluate, Learn, Optimize)
Recommend channel and budget mixes across paid search, social, programmatic, display, and video
Turn market research, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis into strategic guidance
Present media plans and performance insights to clients
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect strategy, execution, and broader marketing goals
Track shifts in media consumption and digital advertising
Help maintain shared standards, templates, and practices
Run SEM campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Manage SEM account structure, bidding approach, keywords, and match types
Improve bids, targeting, ad copy, and account organization
Oversee SEM budgets, pacing, and spend shifts
Report on search performance and deliver paid search audits
Improve SEM procedures and identify opportunities for automation

Bring 5–7 or more years across media strategy and planning and hands-on paid search, ideally serving enterprise or multi-location clients
Show experience estimating addressable markets, defining audience and cohort profiles, and turning research and consumer data into clear media narratives
Have created client-facing strategic materials such as playbooks, testing plans, and channel or budget recommendations
Understand performance measures including CPA/CPL, ROAS, CAC, CVR, impression share, and lost impression share
Know SEM fundamentals in depth, including keyword strategy, match types, auction dynamics, Smart Bidding, and search term analysis
Have experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and data feed management
Understand the digital advertising landscape and current media consumption patterns
Present confidently to clients and executive stakeholders
Take initiative and prioritize account needs
Be comfortable setting strategy and working directly in advertising platforms
Stay organized and apply strong quality checks and documentation practices
Work collaboratively and support the development of junior team members
