Lead Verizon Business communications and Small Business campaigns through media relations, executive messaging, and regional programs.

- Turn commercial strategy into integrated communications plans.
- Build relationships with business, trade, and local media while pitching stories.
- Strengthen brand credibility and sentiment.
- Oversee campaigns from planning through rollout.
- Bring national business priorities to regional audiences through local and grassroots programs.
- Set messaging direction, prepare briefings, and position senior business leaders.
- Create narrative frameworks, message maps, proof points, Q&As, and content for internal and external channels.
- Assess campaign impact using data and communications operations metrics.
- Improve channel performance and communications operations.
- Support Verizon’s Small Business team and wider commercial communications work.

- A bachelor’s degree or at least four years of work experience.
- At least six years of relevant experience gained through work, military service, or specialized training.
- Background in corporate communications, public relations, or an agency.
- A record of managing programs end to end and delivering local or regional activations.
- Experience with small business communications or local community engagement.

- Experience in telecommunications, B2B, or technology.
