Lead discovery and shape delivery-ready requirements for SGS bluesign’s sustainable digital products. Guide teams working on compliance, chemical intelligence and global supply-chain workflows.

- Lead discovery and business analysis for complex digital products, workflows and transformation initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops and discovery sessions with business, customer and technology stakeholders.
- Elicit and scrutinize requirements, assumptions, constraints, risks and dependencies before delivery begins.
- Turn business outcomes into epics, features, user stories, process models, business rules and testable acceptance criteria.
- Prepare squads for sprint planning, refinement, estimation and prioritization by briefing them on upcoming work.
- Work with Squad Leads and Quality Assurance to make acceptance criteria clear, measurable and supported by suitable validation.
- Coordinate testing readiness with the Quality Assurance Lead, including defining scenarios, supporting execution, reviewing results and resolving defects.
- Review delivered outcomes with stakeholders and return findings, defects and recurring operational issues to the product backlog.
- Map existing and future processes, identifying ways to simplify, automate, use AI responsibly and improve data-driven decisions.
- Create reusable templates, quality standards and practices for business analysis and product discovery.
- Help other analysts and work with developers, Quality Assurance, program managers and business stakeholders.

- At least six years in business analysis, product discovery or digital product delivery.
- Experience leading analysis for complex software products, platforms or transformation programs.
- Strong skills in facilitation, requirements discovery, stakeholder management and resolving conflicts.
- Able to produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows and supporting documentation.
- Experience modelling IT systems, their interactions and behaviors to clarify requirements and inform solution design.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to draft, refine and check requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, with appropriate human review and governance.
- Practical experience managing requirements, backlogs, traceability and delivery documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile methods while balancing iterative delivery with suitable project management discipline and governance.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers, Quality Assurance, and product or program leaders.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence questioning assumptions while maintaining constructive stakeholder relationships.
- Able to connect strategic objectives to measurable product outcomes and work ready for delivery.
- Professional fluency in English and confidence collaborating with internationally distributed colleagues.
- Preferred: experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts, or owning a business analysis practice.
- Preferred: experience with B2B SaaS, sustainability, manufacturing, supply chains, chemical data, assessment or compliance products.
- Preferred: experience with process modelling, service design, data analysis and product management methods.
- Preferred: familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, OKRs and modern product operating models.
- Preferred: experience finding practical automation and AI-assisted opportunities while observing governance and risk controls.
