  • Set investigation scope, objectives, and effort with customers and CrowdStrike partners.
  • Help partners explain forensic and malware analysis topics to executives.
  • Train partners to hunt for threat actors across large datasets.
  • Coordinate investigations under the direction of outside counsel.
  • Coach partners in advanced host and network forensics on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Recommend practical, strategic steps to improve organizations’ security during and after incidents.
  • Review reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for customer leaders, regulators, and legal counsel.
  • Oversee projects and coordinate team members.
  • Plan internal process improvements and guide cross-functional teams in carrying them out.
  • Maintain and update templates and internal process documentation.

  • Experience building and managing consulting relationships, preferably in incident response.
  • Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations involving targeted threats such as ransomware, eCrime, and business email compromise (BEC).
