  • Manage U.S. third-party logistics and end-to-end vaccine distribution.
  • Improve distribution networks to strengthen supply reliability and reduce costs.

  • Coordinate logistics and commercial operations with corporate priorities for product launches, government contracts, and portfolio lifecycle management.

  • Apply data, standardized processes, and continuous improvement to sustain supply, reduce risk, and support growth.
  • Prepare leadership reports and inform data-based decisions.
  • Manage U.S. contracting, pricing, government reporting, sales analytics, and commercial performance tracking.
  • Direct U.S. entity administration, infrastructure, budgets, vendors, fleet, office operations, and onboarding.

  • Provide executive performance reports and insights to the U.S. Head to support leadership alignment and informed decisions.
  • Manage U.S. government, including military, and private-market contracting, covering financial analysis, compliance, and execution.
  • Set and execute the end-to-end U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
  • Act as the Designated Representative nationwide.
  • Manage third-party distribution, including inbound and outbound logistics, cold-chain integrity, inventory, returns, and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with global supply chain teams on demand planning, transfer pricing, U.S. Customs, and inventory optimization.
  • Manage wholesaler and distributor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, inventory discipline, issue resolution, and regulatory adherence.
  • Oversee pricing governance and contract administration, including distributor agreements, rebates, chargebacks, and customer compliance.
  • Prepare and submit required U.S. government pricing reports, including NFAMP and FCP.
  • Implement new pricing structures, membership agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Oversee sales analytics and reporting systems, including data sources and remote analyst teams.
  • Work with the GM and Sales Leadership on incentive compensation reports and commercial performance tracking.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain regulatory standards across logistics providers and distribution operations.
  • Identify and reduce compliance, logistics, and operational risks.
  • Put continuous improvement initiatives into practice.
  • Manage U.S. entity administration and operations, including HR benefits oversight, vendors, fleet, office operations, and employee onboarding.
  • Control costs across operational budgets.
  • Coordinate meetings, training, and cross-functional initiatives.
