- Create realistic, process-driven evaluation tasks involving coordinated tools for calendar reconciliation, travel and expense workflows, records management, and professional correspondence
- Assemble authentic evaluation artifacts such as emails, calendar entries, receipts, meeting notes, and contact records
- Establish correct solutions and document the expert decisions required at each step
- Build comprehensive rubrics with more than 35 criteria to evaluate process adherence and nuanced judgment in AI agent outputs
- Document administrative workflows and recommend improvements based on current best practices
- Work with project leads to calibrate task complexity against challenges encountered by experienced professionals

- At least five years of professional administrative experience supporting teams or departments in mid-sized to large organizations
- A track record of owning ongoing, recurring processes rather than handling only ad hoc assignments
- Expertise in documenting, assessing, and improving established administrative procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in professional correspondence
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in both content creation and process documentation
- Confidence using varied digital tools, platforms, and formats, including CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents
