- Welcome visitors, guests, and employees as their first point of contact

- 1–3 years of experience in office management, event management, or a related hospitality position
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, event management, or a related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with event planning and execution systems, event order systems, Canva, and floor plan or seating tools such as Tripleseat or similar platforms is a plus
- Spanish or Italian communication skills are a plus
